Refund policy

1. Prepaid Orders
We accept returns and refunds for prepaid orders only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Please note that Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We recommend choosing prepaid payment methods to enjoy our return and refund benefits.

3. Exceptions
Returns/refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Clearance or final sale items
